WHAT???Well, two weeks into the new semester and things are still quiet. I only have classes three days a week, so I've been sitting around watching Segal movies alot.
Anyhow, the job in Alaska has been finalized, so it appears I won't be racing at the velodrome this summer at all, which is kind of a bummer. I've been assigned to one project in the northern Seward Pennisula and another somewhere in central Alaska. I've been wondering if they'll give me a gun for the grizzly bears. I'm not sure. If I got a choice, I think I'd choose a Glock or something big like that. BANG?

ed, a glock is not "big" it's just a law enforcement pistol of choice because it can endure a lot of abuse.
no track this year? who's gonna pull back my attacks with 3 to go?
damn.
yeah, i'm gonna miss not being able to mess up other people's races. i took more pride in doing that than winning, though that might be because i rarely win i suppose.
